Business Process Development Manager

If You have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics;
• 2-3 years experience in senior specialist/manager position in Business Process Management/Business Analysis preferably in retail/FMCG companies;
• Experience in process analysis, improvement and documentation of the processes (Lean);
• Experience in IT system development projects and business requirements definition;
• Experience in cross-functional workshops’ facilitation techniques would be the advantage;
• Knowledge and experience in Intelligent Automation (RPA / ML / AI / Chatbot) will be an advantage;
• Proactive, persuasive, business-oriented personality with good analytical and communication skills;
• Fluent in one of the Baltic languages and English (both written and spoken).

We will entrust You to:

• Designing new/changed business processes for the company strategic projects in cooperation with different functions across Baltic countries;
• Participating in IT system development projects, defining business requirements and overseeing their implementation;
• Mapping business processes using BPM system and ensuring that internal controls are properly included;
• Discovery of appropriate business processes for automation with RPA/AI solutions
• Creation of business process automation solution designs in close cooperation with RPA team and functional stakeholders;
• Pro-actively improving business processes in cooperation with different functions across Baltic countries;
• Developing company-wide framework of business process documentation and BPM system.
