What We're Looking For:

  • We are seeking candidates who have experience in HR roles (HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist), with experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ideal candidates should have a solid grasp of key HR functions such as performance management, talent development, and how these processes contribute to overall business success.
  • Advanced computer skills and a willingness to adapt to and embrace modern technologies is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and facilitating impactful discussions.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and efficiently organize and manage HR initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and is motivated to achieve measurable outcomes that drive positive change within the company.
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English.

 

Your Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • You will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing critical HR processes to support performance management, succession planning, and learning management.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and a positive work culture.
  • Building strong relationships with company leaders, as you will support leadership development programs and opportunities within the company.
  • You will play a key role in shaping and implementing employee engagement strategies that align with the company's goals and values across the Baltics.
