If You have:
- Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, buying or category management;
- Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management;
- Entrepreneur mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;
- Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;
- Highly responsible and punctual personality;
- Ability to work independently;
- Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);
- Fluency in English.

- Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories, including pan-Baltic promotions;
- Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy;
- Analyse the performance of promotions against the set target;
- Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories;
- Manage marketing service income according to the target;
- Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories;
- Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility.
